The  Villa Orchid Bali  has become our second home. Bali is often called the island of the gods or the last paradise on earth. The people are friendly; their culture, art, handicraft, architecture and religion with its colourful ceremonies are everywhere on this island. Festivals, temples processions, dances and other activities take place all day and are integrated into Balinese daily life. Since major tourism started in 1920, visitors from all over the world have been fascinated by this island.

We offer our two bungalows, which are decorated in a lovely manner, to our friends who prefer a private atmosphere in tropical surroundings over the routine service of a hotel. Friends use this location for complete recovery as well as a starting point for their exploration of the island of the gods.

Each bungalow is extremely luxurious, making a longer stay even more pleasant. Included are cold and hot water, a beautiful mandi (bath / shower), separated toilette and bathroom, fridge and fan. AC is not necessary because of the mild climate at 400m above sea level. At the pool you will have a great view over typical rice terraces and you may risk a small conversation with the villa's neighbour, the farmer (petani) Pak Seri in the Balinese language.
